Blink Inspiration: Pick Me Up… again

We headed down to Somerset House again at the weekend. This time, our excuse was the brilliant ‘Pick Me Up’ graphic art fair. The first of this event was held last year (why not have a look at the post about it) and we loved it so much we really didn’t need much encouragement to get us down to see this one. We have some shots of our favourites for you, but this was just the tip of the iceberg. The galleries were full of really diverse and innovative work, as well as the brilliant open studio of the artist in residence, Anthony Burrill (more to come about that later). Print Club London were there again, creating work in situ for you to take home once the ink had dried. Evening Tweed, Puck, Nous Vous, Ditto Press, Nobrow and Jaguar Shoes had each created inspirationally styled spaces to reflect the mood and feel of their particular collective.

Pretty much everything was for sale, from some really accessibly priced exclusive prints created specifically for the show at £20, right up to some more prohibitively priced collectors pieces. Obviously we did not leave empty handed…
