Spotted on Westbourne Grove, we really like her relaxed styling. The texture from the print on her jeans and that great tasseled scarf really add depth and interest to a simplistic look.

I know we said we had posted all of the streetstyle, but then we spotted these great shoes and didn’t want to deprive you of this insight.
So, you will have spotted some amazing towering heels in all of the other London Fashion Week posts. Just to show an even and balanced view, we have decided to share some of these super smart flatties with you too. Building on the androgynous direction, capturing the crepe soled, brother creeper revival as well as saying hello again to those tried and trusted DM‘s- the flat shoe was not only a great style choice, but also a very sensible option when the rest of the fash pack was teetering over Somerset House‘s cobbles and praying for the moment they could slip off their Loubi’s and slip on some corn plasters…

Thanks again to Asta for the great shots, and thanks to all of you for stopping for us to take your picture.
I think this is pretty much our final streetstyle post from this September’s London Fashion Week. Its been immense, but you have to draw a line somewhere. There will be other posts about the event (yes, there are some things that we haven’t shared with you yet!), including some great videos, a couple of brand profiles and our favourite catwalk looks from New York, London, Paris and Milan.
Before we move on we wanted to focus on a key accessories trend. Lets just start by saying that we have never seen so many Celine bags in any one place at any one time, and that may well include the Celine boutique. These ultra luxe shoppers were the practical option for those in the fashion world who had to tote around a lot of very important files, folders, brochures, ipads etc etc- but if you were into a far more minimal approach (and maybe had a willing assistant to carry all your baggage) then the envelope style clutch was a really popular look too. We have been looking at the rise of the clutch for several seasons and this slightly more portfolio style looks functional and linearly impressive, working well from mini to a pretty good armful in size. We spotted a couple of Christopher Kane‘s stunning plastic pencil case style clutch bags too, looking really innovative but not especially capacious. The fashion mags are referencing the ‘grab’ which is all about gripping on to a softer, less structured clutch, and there is much talk of Louis Vuitton‘s S&M inspired handcuff attached clutch bags, but we think this option is the more functional way to go, and therefore the more commercial. That’s not to say that we’d refuse a Chris Kane jelly bag if offered one…
